Your best health strategy is to develop a plan with which you can live a productive life.  I believe such a plan can be formulated without the use of chemical-based medicine, and I know it is possible to create a plan that is non-invasive and convenient enough that you will follow through.


I know this because it will be your own creation and one designed especially for you.  If you adhere to a healthy lifestyle, you will most likely not need medication because you will not be dealing with nuisance colds and flu, for instance, and even if you do, they will not be debilitating to the point you miss work or fun activities.  Furthermore, vaccines will be a thing of the past because you will not need or want them.

What disease has ever been caused by the lack of a drug?



Disease is caused far more by a lack of nutrients in the body to fight off bacteria and viruses that attack the immune system. The body heals itself when given the right tools.  Many diseases are actually caused by exposure to chemicals that are biologically alien to the body. 


This is why it is important to take control of your health so you can stay well and not be dependent on drugs or modern medical care.  Modern medicine is the leading cause of death in the United States.  You may not realize there were nearly 4.6 million drug-related visits to emergency rooms in 2009 with more than half due to adverse reactions to prescription medications, and most medications were taken exactly as prescribed.


The numbers have not improved since 2009, so why would you want to be one of the 4.6 million?  Wouldn't it be worth the effort to change some habits so as to avoid becoming a statistic?

Trying is not an option.  Defeat is almost inevitable when the words, "maybe" or "I'll try" precede the action.  Either you will or you won't (or you're simply not ready).


One last and very important point must be made:  When too much time passes and no decisions have been made to make a change, the challenge becomes greater and more is required, so the sooner a person starts the process, the sooner life will take a happy turn.


It is amazing how much nicer people seem when you feel and look good.  It's not them; it's the new you, and that's what life should be.
